Masters Division - 40+ The Adult NENA League is where you can progressively learn the sport of ninja warrior and compete in a supportive environment at the same time. NENA Tier 1 events are made up of one stage with 8 beginner-friendly obstacles. You will be given the course with instructions on each obstacle and what completion looks like, and then get 3 attempts to clear the course! If you clear the course then you will earn a spot to NENA Tier 2 events. We run NENA as a Ninja Team competition format, so you will have to let us know which gym you are affiliated with.
