Join us in our next 6 Weeks to Sparta training series! Classes are lead by a Certified SGX Coach with the Obstacle Specialist Certificate to pass on the highest quality training. You’ll learn how to climb a wall, climb a rope, carry heavy things properly, throw a spear, move more efficiently, and many more skills. Each 75 minute class consists of specific obstacle training followed by a strength and conditioning workout.
